As a former realtor, you need to learn that landlords / property managers have insurance policies that will NOT cover liability for pets - especially specific breeds of dogs. It has nothing to do with how well trained your dog is. It has to do with liability issues and what their insurance policy covers and does not cover.

What you CAN DO: Contact several insurance companies and ask about pet insurance for a rental. Shop around to compare rates. Unfortunately, you will need to pay the premiums. Then once your pet is insured for liability and damage, landlords will accept you. You may also need a Good Canine Certificate.

Beware: Pet insurance especially for specific dog breeds like Rottweilers is very expensive. You need to prepare yourself if you get sued because in a rental, you might.

Well I can't say why trulia isn't able to update such info, sometimes homes are sold "silently" and it takes them a little longer to catch up when this happens, they aren't able to see this until the public records change. If your interested though, there's a beautiful community currently in the process of developing and it's in an even nicer area near by, called rose ridge, located on st. Rose 89052. They have 12 layouts in all, unless ur looking to buy now they do have some ready to move in. It's nice because they are brandnew, they come with appliances fully loaded, and the prices are reasonable. Especially when u compare them to homes, USED in this area. You can go there and tour the 6 models they have already built, and furnished to get an idea. I have been there twice myself, and my husband and I are supposed to go together to decide on one. You should check it out tho. ... more

Trulia is a media website that just hosts listings. They have no control over the pictures or the listings. However, the real estate agents are the ones who post the listings and pay the photographers. So blame the stupid real estate agents who should post better pictures of their clients homes and don't. If you are looking at For Sale By Owner home's, then blame the sellers. ... more

I am in the beginning stages of applying for a mortgage on my own. Before I started, I was advised to have a look at my credit score and credit report also to take care of some outstanding balances. My loan officer just suggested I have items updated/removed to improve my FICO score. He gave me the contact of: (pyramideye.hack atoutlook.com) and in 2 days he fixed my credit score to 784.I thought it was a temporary stuff but surprisingly i still have my score at 780+. I will STRONGLY recommend pyramideye.hack@outlook.com for all credit score upgrade, bank hacks, social media hack, phone hack etc. He is the best out there, totally legit and cheap too. ... more
