My name is Maricris and I am with Trulia Consumer Care. I apologize for any trouble you had with selecting which board to save your home under and I am happy to help. Please know we have moved this feature to a different section in your profile.

As of now, when you click 'Save', the home is automatically put under the last saved board, also known as your default board. To move the saved home to a new board, please follow these steps:

1. Click Saved Homes at the top right of the page when you are logged in.
2. Click My Boards on the left hand side.
3. Click the board that has the home you want to move.
4. Click the heart icon on the home.
5. The board drop down will appear here. Choose which board to move the home to and you will see the home appear in the new board.
6. Delete the home from the old board by clicking the circle on the bottom right of the home and clicking Delete.

Thank you reaching out and I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. The email that you forwarded to me is an inferred email. This type of email sends listings that may be outside of your search criteria, but does match your commonly viewed homes/areas. These are sent when no new listings fit your search filters. I receive similar emails for places in which I am not searching, and I agree they can be a nuisance. At this time, the only way to unsubscribe from those is to unsubscribe from Saved Search Alert emails, which can be done on your email preferences page. Please note, this will prevent any email updates from being sent to you with listings you may want to see. I would recommend checking your saved searches and deleting any duplicates or searches that are no longer of any interest to you in order to reduce the number of alternative emails being sent to you.

Please let me know if you have any questions about this and I am happy to assist however possible. Thank you and again I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

1. Log in to your Trulia account
2. Click 'Saved homes'
3. Click 'Saved Homes' from the tabs
4. On the property, click the 3 dots on the lower right corner
5. Click 'Delete'

Here is also the instructions on how to delete the entire board on your profile in case you want to.

1. Log in to your Trulia account
2. Click the 'Saved Homes' tab
3. Click the board you want to delete
4. Click 'Edit board' located at the upper right portion of the board page
5, Click 'Delete'
