A Notice to Vacate would be the correct form, but the "timing" of the notice must be according to the Florida Residential Landlord Tenant Act. Reference the act also for acceptable means of delivery (e.g. postal receipt for confirmation).

Good luck!

Your search is very specific and an agent can do it best. Use the "Find An Agent" tab at the top to search by city.

Hello Jeanniene,

If you're looking to purchase your home by using a home loan, you likely won't qualify for one with bad credit. But, you can work on improving your credit so that you can purchase a home in the future. Depending on what needs to be done, "the future" could be anywhere from 1 month to 1 year.

I recommend speaking with a lender. Even with just the most basic information about your income, credit, and goals, the lender can tell you what you need to fix to purchase the house of your dreams.

Here's the number to my favorite lender. Unlike others, his credit fixing program is complimentary.

Harold Huguley (210) 336-0544. Tell him Kiana sent you .

And should you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

It depends on where in the Colony and the upgrades of the home. Are you a tenant or a landlord? I would suggest that you work with a local realtor to assist you.
