To transfer deed all you have to do is go to the county court house and transfer the deed. It will need to be notarized. I believe the county cost is $10-25 and very easy to do.

Here are the requirements for licensing per TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission) there is no mention of working directly for a company that owns its own property and leases it out. You will need to be licensed to be a rental locator which means you trying to be a third party representing someone else but if you are hired as a W2 employee by xyz apartments you do not need to be licensed. You would be the principal in this case meaning you would be considered to be xyz apartments leasing xyz's property.

SUBCHAPTER H. LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
Sec. 1101.351. LICENSE REQUIRED. (a) Unless a person holds a license issued under this chapter, the person may not:
(1) act as or represent that the person is a broker or salesperson; or
(2) act as a residential rental locator.
(b) An applicant for a broker or salesperson license may not act as a broker or salesperson until the person receives the license evidencing that authority.
(c) A licensed salesperson may not act or
attempt to act as a broker or salesperson unless the salesperson is associated with a licensed broker and is acting for that broker.
(a-1) Unless a business entity holds a license issued under this chapter, the business entity may not act as a broker.

Victor,

Caution my friend. If you are in real estate, talk with your broker.

The national Do Not Call law requires strict protocols. It costs mucho dollars if you are found guilty of a violation.

Due diligence is required before you start to dial.

Good luck,
