They would both be good choices, but don't expect to find a lot of gated communities. There are a few, but for the most part these two communities don't have gates. If gates are a must, I'd suggest Eagle Creek, which has the advantage of being right across the street from both Lake Nona Middle and Lake Nona High.

I understand your frustration. We realtors don't like to see listings with just one photo. The reasons for why a home might not have a photo usually are:

1. The home is tenant occupied and the tenant does not want photos taken.
2. They home is very messy inside and interior photos might dissuade a buyer from coming.
3. The home is a foreclosure and the bank agent has not had time to put up the photos yet
4. They agent hasn't had time or did not put the effort into putting up photos.
