Brazos County Titan Property, L.L.C. is the owner of this property. It is not a scam. We own different townhomes/condos around College Station. The biggest problem we are have with the real estate sites is that some of them list several townhomes/condos together even though they are owned by different people/companies. That is why you see so many different amounts.

We own 2 homes in River Oaks:
#501 and #504
#501 is a 3/3-1/2 with a total rent of $1785 ($595/bedroom) 1 lease for 12 mos.
It's available now.

#504 is a 2/2 with a total rent of $1190 ($595/bedroom) 1 lease for 12 months
This one is not available until mid-late August.

You won't find anything in Brooklyn, Queens or Manhattan. You need to take the subway to the Bronx. Look for rentals south of Fordham Rd.. You will have better luck there.
