Depending on your criteria you may actually be able to buy a home in your area with a mortgage.

There are a lot of options.

Some even allow interest only payments for several years.

There are also loans that allow you to buy a multifamily home, so for instance a duplex. You can rent one unit out and use the rent from the other unit to boost your income.

A lot of these options have low down payment requirements.

I'm a mortgage professional. If you need any help you are welcome to contact me.
I'm available almost 24/7.

I'm not sure I understand your question. What do you mean an agent has the same property?? If the owner wants to list their home for sale, they certainly can do it on their own, or they can hire a Realtor to list it for them. But you can't have one property listed by two different people. ... more

Have your agent work with the listing agent to correct the problem, replacing it or crediting you the amount so you can do it. Your agent should guide you to your options.

It wouldn't let me type everything.. I want to dig a new trench to make the flow path around the outside vs through the center of the property so that I can build a house on the property. I would dig a trench fill with bedrock, use that dirt to fill in the old creek so that water would flow around the outside of the property giving the ability to build a house where the old creek sat.
