My mother and I bought paired housing at Westport in Greenwood In, This was supposed to be an exciting time building our first home, however, Westport will lead you to believe they will fix issues as you go along but they just tell you what you want to hear and then they will do what they want you to have. They have gotten us so upset about putting covered porch concrete where it runs towards the house, the washer and dryer hook ups are the opposite sides they should be on and the garbage disposal is on the wrong side of the sink. The full slab they built on is running every which way, none of the rooms are level. This is just a few issues we have had with them. I would suggest you find a different builder. Good luck! ... more

Hi Ronald,

If you're having issues with your buyer's agent... you might try talking to her managing broker. Without knowing what the problems are, I can't answer whether you should report her, or if there is time to change agents.

But a frank conversation with her managing broker might help get some clarity.

Texas is a non disclosure state so estimates on either free website is not going to be accurate. If you are trying to sell your home then it's best to work with a local realtor to assist you and get you comps. Every home is different in terms of updates so the realtor may need to walk through your home to to determine the best comps for your property.

I'm a local realtor and I'd be happy to assist you if you are not currently working with a realtor.
