I have been looking for a 1 or 2 bdrm condo in Parkchester. All I've seen are apts that have no updates and are high priced. Anything reasonable?

i own a property management firm but i have been hearing alot about REO and would like to expand my options.

On a house with an exsisting mortgage can it be sold article of agreement if the mortgage is not paid off.
If the buyer would want to do article of agreement and they put money down and we keep the mortgage. Is this legal. Or do we have to do something else?
