Looking in Deerfield and Highland Park. Are there pockets where one could find newer (1990's and newer) construction homes?
Seems like there are a few homes for sale that meet that criteria but they tend to be surrounded by older (built in 1960's, 1970's) homes and therefore look quite out of place in the neighborhood.
