I would strongly suggest the North Park area and the Del Mar area if you are genuinely looking for good areas with enough business!

When you are working with an agent to sell your home, is it reasonable to only allow showings to buyers who are pre approved?
Me too i think having a limitations is really a bad idea , the buyer should always have a right to view all the information needed for the home or properties for sale.

Yes Realtors can only post home adds in Trulia, but i guess you can try asking Trulia by contacting them if you can do it your self.
