I think that the UES is a lovely place to raise a family. Particularly with your children's age group. There is so much culture they will enjoy and of course the park and schools. Email me and I can refer you to some fantastic agents there.

Dear Yesenia,
If I understand the question correctly, you would like to run a daycare center out of an apartment. This is illegal! You cannot legally use a residential apartment for a commercial purpose such as a business, nor for an educational purpose with a large group of students such as children. The space for a daycare center must be a legal commercial space, and then for an educational or daycare purpose, must be legally configured for that use (emergency exits, emergency lighting, wide aisles and plenty of egress). In addition, permits must be filed with the NYC Dept. of Buildings and NYC Fire Dept. to ensure that the space is properly configured for a daycare center for the safety of the children. You should consult with a commercial real estate broker to find such a space for you, and stay away from residential apartments for a daycare center. You can get in a lot of trouble if you attempt to do that! If I can be of any other help to you, please call me anytime! Glenn K. @ Vazquez & Vazquez Real Estate Associates (917)-941-0210... more
If you print business cards, postcards or need stationary with your branding, Vista Print is a good resource.
Having a discount code typically will entitle you to a 10% discount on your current oder. When ordering, you will be offered other discounts if you add on to your current order, so you may want to anticipate this option.
I use them for printing business cards.
Who doesn't appreciate a discount...especially on those things they actually use!

This is a real estate website. Perhaps you saw that a listing was zoned for a particular school. You do not say what school you are referring to, but real estate agents are not able to answer questions about school admission policies. The school you are referring to would have an admissions staff, and they would be able to answer your questions.... more
Hi Bernadette,
I live in this neighborhood and I like it very much. Only you are the best judge on where is the right place to raise your family, however, I love showing my neighborhood off and would be happy to walk around the area with you so you can get better acquainted with what the area has to offer.
