As we are on the finishing stretch to moving into our new home, I just wanted to take a moment out of the busy pre-move preparations to express my gratitude to you and your firm. I am so glad Christine referred us your way.Working with Steve has been a wonderful experience. Contrary to what everyone says about buying a home - most stressful time of your life etc. - Steve made this process a fun one for us and skillfully helped us navigate, and I would say for the most part avoid entirely, all the possible "freak out moments." We know that we were in the very best hands at every step, from finding the perfect home to getting the offer accepted to negotiating a great deal. Steve was always pro-active in addressing our needs as first-time home buyers and in finding solutions for our (probably somewhat idiosyncratic) needs, and always went out of his way to answer all of our questions. When, for example, we were beginning to lose faith in the lender after several delays and inconsistent or nonexistant communication from that side of the deal, Steve helped us rest reassured and focused. Or, when my research into the termite report identified a less toxic treatment option, Steve mobilized his contacts to identify a firm that could, and did, provide that service. His professionalism and sense of humor were always perfect for every twist and turn of the journey, making every contact with him entirely satisfactory and enjoyable.
