"Gary did a magnificent job selling my house.He knew the local market very well and helped me set the proper realistic price.We decided that sprucing up and staging the house made sense. Gary helped me work up a budget. He was able to get great prices from the different vendors to keep the total in line with his estimate. We ended up spending 60% of what I thought I would have to spend to get the house ready for the market.Once on the market, Gary was conscientious with open houses and attending each agent's visit as I refused to have a lock box.I am most appreciative of his helpfulness and going "above and beyond the call" at the closing of escrow.
