Sharon has 6 years' experience as a Real Estate Professional. In the past 3
years Sharon has ranked in the top 10% among her peers of whom she has a
first and second place finish. The key to her success is her high referral
rate from previous clients. The most important lesson she learned in her
first two years is that success is built one customer at a time. When you
take care of your clients they take of you.
As a veteran with several PCS's under her belt she has dedicated herself to
protecting her client interest rather they are new to the area or if they
have been in the community for some time.
She has also found that providing the very best service at the negotiation
table plays a part in putting her clients first. Her job is to write a
contract that protects her client's interest and investment while getting
the best value for their dollar.
On a personal note she has severed as a Volunteer Guardian Ad Litem,
becoming Cumberland County's first AmeriCorps Vista. In this capacity she
recruited volunteers to represent abused and neglected children in the court
system.
She has also worked as a Military Family Programs and Family Advocacy at
Fort Gordon, Georgia and Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Sharon earned a Master
of Arts in Counseling from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in
Psychology from Fayetteville State University.

I just moved to Fayettevile 4 months ago and Ms. Sharon worked with me to buy my house. I work a lot and have a very busy schedule. She just didn't mind to show me houses early in the morning. She is very helpful and real nice to work with. I highly recommend Ms. Sharon to any home buyer.

We live out of state and found Sharon via zillow, where she had high ratings. She responded promptly to my inquiry. She was never pushy, always pleasant, very hard working and knowledgeable. My wife and I communicated for several weeks with her before deciding to spend a week Fayetteville, hoping to find a house. Sharon set aside her whole week to help us. She had already connected us with a mortgage company for pre-approval, and a property management company to rent the home. Her recommendations were solid. We drove all over the area and gradually narrowed our search. She was never in a hurry. She followed up leads we brought to her, and she brought others to us. When we decided on the home, she did a great job of negotiating and finalizing the details. She has continued to help us w/ contractors, inspections and repairs. We have purchased 10 homes, and Sharon provided us the best help of all the realtors we have worked with. Mike

We started looking for a home in the Ft. Bragg area about a month before PCSing. After talking with Sharon she sent us several listings of homes that were in our price range and suited out "must-haves". She always responded promptly to emails/calls and went out of her way to ensure we found our forever home. Mrs. Sullins is an absolutely fabulous real estate agent! I was overseas looking to purchase an investment property in NC. When we made contact Mrs. Sullins took the ball and ran with it. All of my questions were answered in no time at all. With the time difference it seems like she never slept. She is a realist that knows her profession. I was really surprised how fast my questions were answered. I really don't have much faith in online Q/A interfaces; however, she responded very fast and didn't give me a 'canned' response that fits all. She even answered questions for me that I hadn't thought of yet about the neighborhood in question. She is really exceeding the standards of any Real Estate Professional I've dealt with in all of the many states I've lived in.

When I first met sharon, I was prepared to "battle high pressure" sales. To my wife and my supprise we found sharon to be totally different than that. She is totally patient, she LISTENS!!
