I wanted to follow up to your question with some information on a house similar to the house you had asked about.

The link is below...Does this home have some of the same features that you liked in the other home? If so, let me know if you are interested in taking a look at it...

(If the link does not work you can copy and paste it to your browser or send me an email and I will send it directly to your email. )
Thank you.

Kathy and Billie are both correct that this home is under contract. I suggest you get in contact with a Realtor that has the inside deals like the one you missed out on. I did view this home when it was active and the home needed a view updates and the price reflected the work needed.

Kathy Miller is correct. This is a pending listing in Cinnamon creek priced at $205,000.
Pending meaning the seller/lender has accepted and offer.

Best to get preapproved with a lender and shop on a local web site for active listing. Develop a relationship with a real estate agent and start shopping for your dream home.

Bank owned homes aren't always the best bargain.

Kaju,
I believe the next step with any property you may be interested in is to determine if your purchasing power matches the price range of that property. I would suggest that you visit with a lender who is a professional that can help you through that process. I do have someone I can recommend. Often times it can be very frustrating if you submit an offer on a property you like but find out later that a lender isn't willing to underwrite the loan to help you purchase that property. You may call me if you have any questions.

Best regards,
Matt

The picture matches a foreclosure that is pending (under contract), but the info is quite different in Trulia. I don't see any active that matches what Trulia has listed. In fact, there is no 2 story home listed for that price. You can look at the one that seems to match on the D C Assessor's website. The address is 6103 S 178.

So, how can I be of help?

Kathy

How to proceed? I'd be glad to help and explain the foreclosure process and obtain all the info needed. I live in Elkhorn and would be glad to help!

I specialize in the Elkhorn area and am familiar with it. Let me know when you would like to view it. It is a foreclosure and was listed on 1/12/2012.

Good find. That is a foreclosure in an area that doesn't see many AND happens to be on one of my favorite golf courses. Let me know a time convenient for you and I will make the arrangements. Thanks
