I have not heard of any chinese drywall problems in this community, but the only way to know for sure would be to have it professionally tested. Many inspection companies look for signs of chinese drywall in their general inspection and if they see signs that indicate the presence, they will recommend to you that you have further verification.

In Lee and Collier Counties, the Brown Realty Group is still seeing increases in closed sales volume, median sale price and new pending sales. The only category that is in decline would be active listings.
