Melissa there are some variables such as type of property, the condition of the property and the price range it is in. Right now in NH our currently listed home inventory is way down and teh amount of buyers is up. I have new listings going under contract in less than 7 days, homes priced at or just under market value are selling in 30-60 days. homes in need of work and homes that are priced over market value are taking longer such as 90 days. Melissa - That would depend on how strong your market place is & what your Spring market is doing now. I'm sure some local agents will chime in here! I can tell you that the Cape Cod market, lower price range, is booming right now.
