Hello!

If you are purchasing an income property, you should not worry about the year built. Ventura Country Club is a very nice area and there is a huge probability that you would be able to rent long term for many years.

Let me know your opinion. You can email me directly at jrodriguez@housestarrealty.com.

I believe the Lake Nona area has already absorbed a lot of speculation with the new and future UCF medical campus. An area that has appreciated a little but still has a lot of room to capitalize is the Hunter's Creek area. 32837.

If you want cheap with good rental, look into Kissimmee's 34741 zip code. There you can get two 2/2 condos for about $80K that will each yield rentals in the $800 per month. I would look in Bella Vista as well as Villa Del Sol subdivisions.

Call me if you want listings. Alex.

I have sold condos for years and if I would buy now, it would be in Ventura Country Club. They have short term rental and golf course and clubhouse with restaurant. It is good for investment and enjoyment.

Thanks Javier for the listing.

The one with tenant is interesting. Only thing is a bit older than I want.
Do you have other inventory that also have tenants? I can increase to $80k by cash.

Try Villas Del Sol in Kissimmee. One of my clients is very happy with his purchase there. Alan's Legacy Dunes idea is not bad either, but the location is definitely out there.

Ivon, this is a 1 bedroom 1 bath with all appliances including the washer and dryer at The Oasis at Pearl Lake in Altamonte Springs. The sales office over there is looking to sell the other units like this for $64,000 or somewhere around there. You can call them to confirm that (407-862-6225)....but my seller is looking to sell for less so he'll be under what the office is offering. I think also if the sales office at Oasis has a tenant in place, they charge like $5000 more. I'm a property manager so I can help place a tenant in there for you.

I'll include the pictures and the information on the condo.

The address is 208 Afton Square Unit 206 Altamonte Springs 32825.

Sounds like a good question for Orlando's condo specialists, Condo Metropolis. This is what they do. They will also manage it for you after the purchase - and then help you sell in 3-5 years.

I have a condo in Altamonte Springs that's not on the market yet that you may be interested in. It's in a very nice community called The Oasis at Pearl Lake. Very nice, loaded 1 bedroom 1 bath the owner is selling. I can send you the pictures and information on the condo if you're interested.

Hello Wongivon;

There are quite a few areas tha I can recommend. The good investments that attract reliable renters might have fewer condos to choose from in this price range, but this simply means that I will have to look harder for you. It is also very important to keep an eye on the monthly HOA fees.

Call me any time if you have any questions at 407-929-9674.

Thank you.
