There are some really great seminars available in the New York Metropolitan area which you can locate. I am a Mortgage Banker who speacializes in purchase financing. I work with alot of first time homebuyers. Are you a first time home buyer? Are you buying a primary home, apartment or an investment? Have you spoken to a mortgage lender at a bank in order to see if you are Pre Approved?
