Estimated monthly payments are a combination of monthly maintenance fees and your mortgage payments. If you are doing an all cash deal then you don't have to be concerned with mortgage payments and you are correct, monthly maintenance generally can range from $640 to $1100 per month.

I am sorry you are having issue with your Realtor® ! In order to get an unconditional release you should sit with the agent and show him that he is not fulfilling his obligations as your representative . A listing is a contract and both sides have obligations to each other. If the agent is doing his due diligence then he is breaching his contract and then he should release you. If he is a Realtor® go to www.realtor.com or NAR ,Nation Association of Realtors®... more

Dealing with the attorney is very crucial in the real estate transaction. The buyer needs to be aabreast with every aspect of the transaction. If there is something that needs explaining then the buyer should ask it as soon as poosible. As the buyer you will be dealing very closely with him, don't be afraid to ask questions and expect times you will not understand. But ask questions until you do understand. You as the buyer will be the one to make the decision to proceed or move on to another property if this one does not meet your goals...Good Luck... more
Terraces, yard access or roof access all increase the value of the unit.
A Realtor can provide you with comps of sold units with and without outdoor space for comparison.
Best of luck in your house hunting.

Hello, no matter what real estate agent you use he or she should be searching more than the MLS to find you a home. Agents and brokers are advertising on other sites besides the MLS to get exposure for their properties so a larger percentage of buyers and agents can find their properties.
Your second questions is tricky because I don't advise a buyer to work with many real estate agents because agents may drop you when they find out you're not loyal. When agents sacrifice their time and energy and then find out they're in a race with other agents to find you a home they will usually stop searching for you.
You need to find a real estate agent that is full time and very experienced and takes finding a home for you very seriously. It will be take some trial and error, but when you find the right one you will not go anywhere else.... more
Dear James:
Once and a while you may come across a steal, but if you do you have to be ready willing and able to move quickly and maybe even waive your mortgage contingency (this is the same as buying all cash, if you do not close you would lose the down payment you placed at the signing of the contract).
If you want check out my web site at www.MadisonEstates.com, we have the entire data base of active listings of both the Brooklyn New York Multiple Listing service and Real Estate Board of New York. If I can be of further assistance please let me know. Good luck!
Sincerely,
