Looks like a good deal to me, but I bet it is sold already as the price is great. Either it is sold or there is something wrong with the home or foundation. A good inspection would sort that out.

Hello olena, Theses links should have the answers to any questions you may have on schools:
You should study RENT vs BUY options as you may qualify to buy with minimum out of pocket expenses and pay less than rent in many cities. You may qualify FHA with fico scores between 500-579 with 10% down or minimum 580 fico score may qualify FHA 3.5% down or as low as .5% half percent down payment program.
Your fico scores can be raised within 3-4 days in most cases to qualify for programs, rates and terms as necessary. It only takes a few dozen questions to qualify and go over your options. Here are some blogs to study such as RENT vs BUY, Which loan is right for me, Down payment and closing costs hurdles and Pre-approval in minutes.

In a few months you will be surprised the neighborhood home prices will be over that threshold. There are many high tech workers with both couples who can be qualified for a combined $1.3 M mortgage (125K+125K). Many homes will be 1+ mil or over soon.
