The prices in the widget are based on homes for sale on Trulia. The monthly change is calculated by comparing homes prices in the current week to prices four weeks ago. The prices are updated every week.
3). Where can I see more information about real estate prices on Trulia?
Trulia provides real estate guides for every city in the US. For example, check out the real estate overview for Omaha, Nebraska. The real estate overview includes market trends, schools information and community info.
