"I had a WONDERFUL experience with Ronald Rosario at Bond. I got in touch with Ronald about a week before coming to Manhattan to search for a studio/one bedroom in Midtown. He answered my calls and responded to my emails quickly. It''s easy to tell Ronald is a guy who cares about his job and his clients. On the first day we met, Ronald showed me places that met my price range and apartment desires exactly. He was knowledgeable about every building and neighborhood. When the first place I applied for fell through, Ronald was ready with a list of back-ups that suited my needs as well. He also impressed me by texting me in the evening after we said goodbye with new ideas for our search the next day. In all, he showed me about a dozen places over two and a half days. "I used Bond as the second agency in order to find an apartment in the NYC area. My first experience with another agency yielded no results, including apartments WAY over priced in seedy areas and brokers who really did not understand the perspective of a young woman just out of college. Ronald Rosario, however, worked with me in order to find the perfect apartment. He explained the real estate business to me, as well as the current market in depth, which was certainly necessary seeing as I am just moving out of my parent's home in Southampton, NY. He did not take advantage of my lack of knowledge, but rather used it as an opportunity to teach me the skills I would need to find my perfect place. He was extremely patient with me and was very persistent. Ronald Rosario made me feel like he really cared about my apartment search and that it was a priority for him as well. We ran into many road blocks and missed out on a few apartments in the fast-paced rental market. However, he was always ready with 3-5 other apartments to show me on each visit. He not only helped with finding a one-bedroom apartment that was within my means and expectations, but also helped me find an area that I would feel safe in with plenty of things to do for a twenty-two year old. Often times with real estate agents one can feel as if they are trying to "jip" you or simply in business for their own commission. "My experience with Ron was excellent, and I will definitely use him again the next time I'm looking for an apartment. Moving from out of state, I had no experience with the New York City rental market, and only two days in the city to look for a place. Ron did not waste my time. He showed me seven apartments in my price range, and he even called me the following day before I left town to show me one more place. Ron was great about answering all of my questions. "Ronald is very methodical and makes sure he does his research before meeting with the client. We had exchanged a few emails with Ronald before he suggested spot on listings matching exactly our requirements. He not only made sure that all the requirements on our profile were met, but also some good-to-haves that we mentioned in our emails. He was one broker who respected our budget limit and showed us the best we could get given our constraints.
