Hey thanks for inquiring about buy a home. Proof of Funds and Financing is of course the first step. If you have already met with a lender and are prequalified to receive a loan, then you are off to a good start. Secondly, we would get to know what kind of property you are looking for and provide you information with what you should know when searching for a property.
