"Don't Get Left Behind, The Real Story Is About to Unfold"
Over the past several years, the media inundated cable and television networks, radio stations, newspapers and internet with a full frontal assault of depressing and negative real estate news. The headlines were stingers; foreclosures on the rise, short sales growing, homeowners equity evaporates, real estate down 12 percent, consumer confidence at an all-time low just to name a few. The constant and relentless assault of negative real estate developments that continued on a daily basis affected all of us during that historic period of time.  Many of us were crushed financially and emotionally with no relief in sight. It's time now for the healing and rebuilding to begin, “Don't get left behind, the real story is about to unfold.â€
Real Estate is and always will be the best investment ever, after all real estate has been here long before you and me and will be here long after we're gone. I've always believed that buying a home was a long term investment and commitment to our future. The problem is and always will be that real estate never seems to head in just one direction. When it's trending up we expect that trend to continue and when it's trending down we think there's no bottom. In both cases our expectations are never met because real estate values will continue to fluctuate over time. We never see the top of the market just like we never see the bottom; they both come and go in a blink of an eye.
In my humble and professional opinion, I believe the real estate market is in the process of slowly transforming itself from a buyers’ market to a sellers’ market. The real estate data I've analyzed points to less supply and more demand which provides two essential ingredients needed to achieve this transformation. I've also noticed more and more positive real estate news hitting the wires that suggests to me a transformation is in the making.
Happy House Hunting!
